Are We Still Able To A Dialogue With God In The Present Days

By Kelly Wood

The communication to God is the best thing to do as a Christian living in this end times. However long it may take to receive the reply form Him, we are encouraged that our communication with Him will never go answered. The a dialogue with God represent the situation in life when we as Christians are able pass our requests to Him and He gives the answer either verbally or through action.

In the story we are able to see Him instruct Abraham to leave his people and country and go to a foreign where he was to be told after he had left, Abraham then using a true blind faith, leaves his homeland and set his journey towards the place where he was told to go to all his properties.

Apart from this episode, we are also able to see people who had faith were able to communicate to God, informing Him about their problem and He was also able to give them His plan for His people. The communication was good at first but we are able to see deteriorating with time as the number of people in the world increased and the level of sin increased in the world.

At the point of creation, the communication between God and man was at its extreme to the highest degree, He loved man and often times He used to visit man in the Garden of Eden just to communicate to him. He even used to present Himself to Adam and Eve so that they may be able to visualize His love for them.

From this onward we were able to see Him opting to use His prophets as a vent through which He was able to reach out to His people and communication.

When we look at the New Testament, we are able to see the face to face communication becoming more and more extinct with time, the earlier Christians like Apostle Paul and his comrades in Christ were not able to communicate to god directly, but they were able to pass their messages through Christ Jesus, who represent them to His Father.

So in the Old Testament, there was an existence of direct dialogue between man and God. In the New Testament, we Him bring and offer His son as a living sacrifice to the human beings, and this changed the mode of communicating to Him. Instead of communicating to Him, the Christian by then use pass through Jesus to reach Him in their prayer.

They do, and it is commonly done through prayers. The earlier writings about God which were transformed into Bible depict the type of communication which exists in the present world. God inspired the writings of these books and verses in the Bible.

Through reading the and understanding the biblical teachings, we are able to get the expectations of God which we are to internalize and then put in to action, in return we are also able to present our problems and thanks to Him through prayers that pass through Jesus our savior. This represents the modern way of having a dialogue with God
