Do not get discouraged, but have hope that everything will be alright. Faith is powerful to help people get through trials. Get a counselor to help you see that all things are possible.

You may want to see a counselor who specializes in this sort of thing. He or she can help you get through the rough spots. Ask them what they think are some good coping skills as you search your heart and soul for answers. Answers may not make sense at the time why this is happening, but faith will get you through it.
