Avoid rescuing your child. It comes naturally to want to rescue your child from getting hurt, making mistakes, or feeling discouraged. Trying to intervene in any way, either by trying to get him invited to a birthday or be included in the team, you will just not be doing him any good. Kids ought to know that it is okay to feel sad, fail, angry or anxious. Through overcoming such obstacles is when they get to learn and succeed.

Let him be a decision maker. Whenever your kid gets the opportunity to make choices from a young age, he will be able to gain confidence in his own right judgment. Providing you child with some options to select from will be ideal since when they have a lot of control may turn out to be overwhelming. An example may be providing what you deem suitable for lunch and not letting him to decide. You child should know that some certain decisions are up to you.

If your kid is being overwhelmed by disappointments, help him become more optimistic. Instead of providing him with superficial reassurance to focus on a brighter side, give him encouragement to think on specific ways he can improve his situation to make his goals achievable. If he is dragging in school course, explain to him that everyone has a different pace in learning, also try spending time to revise with him.

Let your kid be exposed to various activities in city London, UK and give him motivation when he finds interesting hobbies.
