After adding rice, oil and desired herbs, close the wrap by sewing the opening that had been left. It is then heated over 30 seconds intervals to keep it hot enough for therapy. The content should be shaken well to distribute the heat. Heating should not exceed two minutes to avoid damage. The wrap and its content are then draped on the neck for an excellent feel.

Therapy does not replace any muscle treatment procedure. The temperature must be moderated to avoid scalds on the skin. Keep the hot wrap away from sensitive areas or open wounds.
