A hot pan will make it possible for your egg to overcook. The overcooking will always happen on the lower side making the upper side of the egg to be raw. Therefore, having moderate cooking temperatures while cooking will lead to having a well-cooked egg.

The fillings to be used for your omelet should be handled with care. Thus, it is very important to have your tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach well cooked and prepared in the best way possible. By all means, make the fillings dry which shall help you avoid having a watery omelet. A common mistake that is commonly done is putting a lot of fillings on the egg which make it possible for bursting up immediately you fold. To avoid this, you should use only two tablespoons.
