Paintings have a mysterious way of communicating to the viewers. The best painters in the world get paid millions to do what they love. It is an uphill task transforming a plain piece of canvas into something that appeals to people of all ages and from different cultures. Over the ages, there have been many influential and awe-inspiring artists all over the world. These professionals have focused their talents on a large plethora of niches out there. Cheri Christensen is an American painter who has made quite the name and reputation for herself in the industry. Here is her story.

Her fine art and painting course training took place at the University of Greensboro, North Carolina. The four years spent at the campus sharpened and refined the skills of Cheri to a professional level. The lady received lots of help and assistance transforming into the surreal artist she is today. Some of her most memorable teachers and influencers included Ron Lukas and the eminent Sergio Bongart.

At the university, she chose to take on a course in painting and drawing. She could not have made any meaningful headway in her career were it not for the contributions of these two personalities: Sergio Bongart and Ron Lukas. In hindsight, these mentors encouraged her to take the road of taking up the style known as impressionism. Her paintings today are full of that particular theme.

In step with her success, the artist has had her paintings reviewed and talked about by the media. Some of the popular magazines which have done full feature publications about her life and works include the American Art Collector, the Western Art Collector, and the South West Art Magazine.

The impact she had witnessing the surreal sunrises and sunsets will forever remain firmly etched in her memories. That is according to her personal testimonials as expressed by the countless interviews she has done with recognized magazines. Cheri has transformed into a media darling over the years. Her incredible talent has not escaped the eye and attention of the press. She keeps on getting interviewed by the most acclaimed dailies and magazines in the art world. She loves to narrate about her simple upbringing on a farm outside of Washington. She alludes that the natural settings from her earlier years continue to play an integral role in defining her style today.

On a personal level, the woman has a bubbling personality. In stark contrast with a majority of the artists out there, she is not aloof and eccentric. If anything, she is said to be a friendly person. That can be clearly evidenced by her interactions with her fans and followers on the social media scene.
