Surveys are used so that one can have knowledge of what brings satisfaction to a person, or if what he had experienced satisfied him. There are many reasons why they considered survey as important, and there are also different types of surveys that they use. Market surveys are carried out so that you can see what the customer mostly needed. This is to ensure that what things are for sale on the markets are things which all customers need and what they could use for their everyday lives.
