We enjoy watching a drama so much, without us thinking that there are some who are working behind our sights. They are unseen from us, but we ought to think that the only reason why the play is beautiful is only because of those people or actors we see acting on that stage. He simply is not just a leader who foresees the future but also the person who will lead everyone to the success that they want to achieve. This is very impossible to get when everyone is not working accordingly. I know that without a leader it would really be impossible to get everyone work the things they need to do. They need someone who can tell them what they need to do.
As they are about to start their play, he must first introduce them to the things which are crucially need to achieve. And this would start through introducing them to the script, and letting them familiarize. This is very important because they need to know what they must do in the following steps.
Next step is with the design and the props that are very much needed in the stage. The reason for this is to make the stage be set up and be very beautiful in the eyes of the people who are watching the drama.
Being a very good and responsible director will not stop on just being the one supervising and doing the talks and ranting, he should be the best listener to any complains and suggestion. Well, for me suggestions may be the things that could create awareness to what could make the possibility of the success.
For me, one of the hardest things that a person could do is being a leader. Because when you play this role, especially in an organization you have to do whatever it takes to get the success that is your goal. And if ever it gets failed, then you are the one who will be blamed. When it comes to being a play director you must do everything whatever it takes you so that success would be achieved.
