Depending on your destination you might also have to take some medication. In most instances one is advised to take say malaria tablets, usually a couple of weeks before the travel. It is advisable to take them that early for maximal protection and also to allow one to bear with the side effects. To gain entry into some countries you will need to also take some injections like yellow fever.

Sitting for long is not advisable as it might strain your back. To keep your spine in perfect check it is important that you stretch a bit from time to time. Also, when at any stoplight you can decide to stand up so as to engage the most crucial parts of your body. You should mainly focus on engaging the rib shift, tailbone tuck, and the shoulder twist.

On arrival remember to take proper hygiene practices. Take good care of your body and boil, cook, peel and wash anything that you eat. As well, make an effort to sleep under a mosquito net and prevent sustaining mosquito bites by all means.
